Starting with the processing of the steel, to the completion of the cutting edge, everything is made in Germany - just for the love of quality.
IDEAL CONDITION: A Rockwell hardness of 56° (HRC) strikes the best balance between maintaining a sharp edge for an extended period and the convenience of quick resharpening. Regular knife users will appreciate this equilibrium.
INDISPENSABLE: The bread & sandwich knife is ideal for preparing a variety of sandwiches. With the two different grindings, it can be used versatilely, e.g. for cutting or spreading bread.
SOPHISTICATED: Due to the serrated edge, the bread gets in contact with the tips of the blade first. This facilitates the cutting and slicing of solid material.
